Shipping & Returns

All orders are made and shipped within 2 business days. Often, orders are made and shipped same day. I do my best to get everything made and shipped as soon as possible.

$5 Flat shipping or FREE USA SHIPPING on orders $35 and over.

International flat rate shipping.

Canada shipping is $35 with UPS Expedited International. Typically less than 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping to any other country is $45 with UPS Expedited International. Typically less than 1-2 weeks for delivery.

(please note: international orders are subject to custom fees that may be due upon the arrival of your order, buyer is responsible for such fees)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please return all items that were included in your box. Use return address from shipping label and add a note in the box saying you want to return the decal. Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping is not refunded and a 30% restocking fee may apply, but usually not. Any decal that has been customized (ex. custom name or font change) can not be returned.

If a decal is damaged in shipping it will be replaced free of charge. Please take photos of the damaged box and decals. Shipping insurance and I will need to see these photos to complete a claim.

In the extremely rare case of a decal proving to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect, DON'T THROW THE DECAL OUT before taking photos!

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please return all items that were included in your box. Use return address from shipping label and add a note in the box describing what you want to exchange for (ex. color or size). Buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded, seller ships replacement for free, domestic only. You may receive a refund or invoice for the difference in cost associated with the replacement decal, depending on what you are exchanging.
